Hello dear teachers and collegues,
I have created this blog with the idea of sharing and having some feedback about different topics of mutual interest. It can also serve as an example of what you can actually do and work with your students. I hope to receive from you many comments about the different topics I'll propose; you can also propose some discussions or even ask questions to receive different asnwers.
Looking forward to hear from you,
Elicitaperz

I`d like to share something about Planning a class.
What teachers should know before planning a class.
Before teachers can start to consider planning their classes they need to know three main areas: the job of teaching, the institution and the student.
The job of teaching.
Clearly well prepared teachers need to know a lot about the job they are to do before they can start to make successful plans. There are six major areas of necessary knowledge:
The language for the level.
The skills for the level (that means to know the skills in which you want your students to perform while in class).
The learning aids available for the level.
Stages and techniques in teaching (for example to recognize stages in the textbooks).
A repertoire of activities (including different skills, approaches to reach all kinds of learners).
Class management skills you need to be able to guide the class i(for example, to be able to control discipline).
These areas are all vitally important for a teach and they all imply a lot of work, particularly where a level is being taught for the first time.
Without these areas of knowledge a teacher is in a poor position to make decisions about lesson planning.
